St. Francis Restorative Yoga

produce benefits in:
• Quality of life
• Psycho-social adjustment

• Overall sense of well being
Restorative yoga is extremely gentle, meditative, and relaxing. All classes are offered at no charge to participants due to support generously provided by The Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer and The Junior Coalition of The Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer.
