Biography:
Louise A. Spadaro, M.D., F.A.C.C., is the Medical Director of the St. Francis Hospital Outreach Program and an Attending Physician in the Cardiology Department. She is a former Physical Diagnosis Instructor for Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and a former Teaching Assistant at New York University School of Medicine. She is the Co-Chair of the Health Advisory Council Committee at East Williston School District and is active in the PTO. A recognized expert on women and heart disease, Dr. Spadaro has made several television and radio appearances and was featured in the article, “Top Doctors for Women and Heart Disease,” which appeared in the February 2004 issue of Good Housekeeping. She is board certified in cardiology and internal medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American College of Physicians, as well as the ACC's Women and Heart Disease Committee.
