Biography:
Joseph H. Levine, M.D., is the Director of the Arrhythmia and Pacemaker Center at St. Francis Hospital. Previously he served as Co-Director of the Clinical Electrophysiology Laboratory at John’s Hopkins Hospital, and as the Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory at Mercy Medical Center, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Huntington Hospital. He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester and completed his medical internship and residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Cardiology Division at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Electrophysiology at the University of Pennsylvania. He served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Cardiology Division at Johns Hopkins University and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Physiology at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Levine was named one of the “Best Doctors” by New York Magazine and one of the Best Doctors in America by Castle Connolly.
