Biography:
Anastasia Anagnostopoulos, M.D., is Director of Laboratories at St. Francis Hospital, where she oversees the Clinical and Anatomical Laboratories and Blood Bank. She joined the Hospital as an Associate Pathologist before becoming Acting Director of Laboratories. Dr. Anagnostopoulos is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons and a member of several committees at St. Francis, including: the Medical Executive Committee, the Tissue and Procedures Committee, the Continuing Medical Education Committee, and the Blood Utilization Committee, of which she is the Chair. She is also a Fellow of the College of American Pathology and the American Society of Clinical Pathology.
