Remove the risk of smoking-induced diseases by joining this popular and successful clinic led by certified smoking cessation specialist Rhoda Nichter, an expert on nicotine addiction. Includes seven two-hour group sessions, behavior modification, deep relaxation techniques, special attention to weight control, limited spirometry testing available, plus long-term reinforcement with monthly meetings and a 24-hour Smoker's Hotline.
