We all know the food and activity recommendations, yet the problem of weight is a dilemma we continue to struggle with. Here is an opportunity to achieve a healthy lifestyle using practical “non-diet” healthy eating practices. Learn about the options and choose the approach that is best for you. Achieving and maintaining even a modest amount of weight loss can reduce health risks. Effective and safe weight management is an ongoing process. We will help you make your own choices for a healthy lifestyle that includes proper eating, physical activity, stress management and behavior modification. Lighten up—literally!

• Individualized nutrition counseling session
• Nutrition education
• Cooking demonstration
• Stress management
• Exercise recommendations
• Behavior modification
• Blood pressure screening
• Sleep disorder screening
• Group support
